FOUNDED IN 2021
How it all began
The year was 2019. Sem and Jos bought their first containers of sports- and garden products, after seeing opportunities in the supply and demand data on bol and Amazon.
It caught on, the containers were sold in no time and the assortment grew to 15 categories and almost 200 unique products. Sales grew and they realized that their sourcing and sales methods were successful.
Around this period, AliExpress became increasingly visible to European consumers. This signaled that the chains would become shorter and that a transition was taking place in which she wanted to play a role.
After selling their brands, they wanted to bring their knowledge to the market. A unique model in which they could use the same sales methods that had made them successful, but for existing companies that were still focused on business-to-business sales. Taking care of everything and growing together through a fair model: 100% commission based.
In August 2021, she started Platform Control. The company in which they can once again make a difference, but this time also with their partners.
